Reports

Go to Admin Panel->Reports page To monitor the total activities of all “Employees” , “Customer’s” ,“tickets”, and it also contain a “Employee Reports” table.

Tickets: It will display "new ", "inprogress", and "solved tickets" on a bar graph.

Employees: It will display "total," "active," and "inactive" employees on a doughnut chart with the exact number of total employees.

Customers: Displays a list of customers and shows the count of new customers created each month.

Employee Activity and Rating Reports: These cards displays the "Employee ID," "Name" along with their role, "Rating," and the total number of tickets answered ("Total Answered Tickets") by the individual employee, reflecting their activity and performance.
