Follow these steps to create and configure a new subscription plan in the LivaChat admin panel:

1. Make sure to complete the payment gateways setup under App Settings -> Payment Gateways before adding the pricing plan
2. Navigate to Adminpanel->Plans->Pricing Plans
3. Press the "Add PricingPlan" button. This will redirect you to the Plan Creation Page.
4. Select Plan Type
   
   • Choose whether the plan is:
   • Free – With upgrade option (Free only for mentioned trail days) and Free-for-ever option (Complete Freeplan).
   • Paid – Requires payment from subscribers after their trail period ends
     • Enter the Monthly Price and Yearly Price.
     • You can enter the Monthly Discounted Price as well as Yearly Discounted Price, if you wish to offer discounts to your customer.
     • Prices are set in US $ by default.
   • Set the Status Active in order to display it in your pricings list
   • If the plan is recommended , set the 'Mark as Recommended' to checked
5. Enter Basic Plan Details
   
   • Plan Name: Enter a unique and descriptive name for the plan (e.g., Starter, Pro, Enterprise).
   • Description Add a brief summary of what the plan offers.
6. Assign Plan Features
   
   • A list of available features will be displayed.
   • Select the features to include in this plan by checking the appropriate boxes.
   • Example features:
     • Live Chat
     • Ticket Management
     • VideoCalling
     • VoiceCalling
     • AI Response
7. Save the Plan
   
   • Click the “Save”button after entering all details.
   • The new plan will now be available in your plans list and displayed on the pricing page.

Admins can enhance any subscription plan by attaching additional addons. These addons include Conversation Addon and ChatFlow Addon, each with customizable limits, pricing, and validity.

• Navigate to Adminpanel->Plans->Pricing Addons
  Click the "Add Addon" Button
  

  This opens a modal window where you can configure addons for the selected plan.

• Select Addon Type
  

  Choose between the following addon types:

  • Conversation Addon: Grants additional conversations beyond the base plan limit.
  • ChatFlow Addon: Allows extra ChatFlows (e.g., automated flows or bots) for the user.
• Enter Addon Details
  

  For each addon, fill in the required fields:

  • Count: The number of extra units (e.g., 100 conversations, 5 chatflows).
  • Validity: Duration the addon will remain active (e.g., 30 days, 1 year).
  • Price: The cost of the addon (in your configured currency).
  • Set the Add On status to "ON" to visible in pricing page
• Save the Addon
  

  After configuring, click the “Save” button to attach the addon to the plan. It will now be available for users during subscription or upgrade.
