All Transactions

The All Transactions page displays a detailed log of all payment transactions made within the system. This allows admins to track user payments, monitor statuses, and review billing information for various services such as pricing plans or addons.

  • S.No: Serial number for easy reference.
  • Invoice ID: Unique identifier for the transaction invoice.
  • User: The name or email of the user who made the transaction.
  • Date: The date when the transaction was completed.
  • Amount: Total amount paid by the user.
  • Payment For: Indicates the purpose of the payment (e.g., Pricing Plan, Addons).
  • Payment Mode: The payment gateway or method used (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • Status: Current payment status (e.g., Success, Failed, Refund Pending).
  • Actions: Allows admins to view transaction details, download invoices, or perform related actions.

Admins can also search, filter, or sort transactions using the built-in search box and entry selector to quickly access specific records.

Refunds

The Refunds List page provides a comprehensive view of all refund requests and processed refunds within the system. This page helps admins track subscription-related refunds, view user details, and monitor the status and reasons for each refund.

  • Sl. No: Serial number for quick reference.
  • Email: Email address of the user who requested the refund.
  • Plan Name: The name of the subscription plan the user was on.
  • Subscribed Date: The date the user originally subscribed to the plan.
  • Renewed Date: The date when the plan was last renewed, if applicable.
  • Payment Method: The method used for the original payment (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • Plan Status: Current status of the plan (e.g., refund pending, refunded).
  • Refund Reason: The explanation provided by the user or system for requesting a refund.
  • Refund Created Date: The date the refund request was submitted or processed.
  • Actions: Admin actions such as viewing full refund details, approving, or rejecting the refund.

Admins can use this page to manage and review refund cases efficiently, ensuring clear financial tracking and user support follow-up.
