Introduction : We are pleased to introduce the 'Domain Transfer' feature, which facilitates seamless migration or change of the application from one domain to another. This functionality streamlines the transfer process, ensuring a hassle-free transition for users.

Process Overview :

To initiate the domain transfer process, navigate to the Admin Panel -> Domain Transfer page within the application.
The Domain Transfer page comprises three sections:

Download Complete Files: Transfer all application files, including images, scripts, and assets, via FTP. Clicking on the "Download FTP Files" button initiates the download process from the server.
Download Database: Download the application's database, containing essential information such as content, user data, and settings, by clicking on the "Export" button in this section.
Migration Token: Obtain a Migration Token, a unique identifier essential for authorizing the seamless transfer of the application to a new domain. This token ensures a secure transition and automatically revokes the previous domain's license upon activation of the new domain.

Usage Guidelines :

The transfer process involves downloading application files and the database, followed by generating a Migration Token for authorization.
Whether transferring the application with existing data or moving it without previous data, the Migration Token is crucial for installation on the new domain.
It is essential to securely store the generated Migration Token for future use during the application setup on the new domain.

Additional Notes :

Upon activation of the new domain, the license associated with the previous domain is automatically revoked, restricting access to the application from the old domain.
The completion of the SMTP setup is required to receive email notifications throughout the domain transfer process, ensuring smooth communication and updates.
